The team
How the work gets decided.
The roster isn't cleared for publication yet, so this page carries what can be published: the rules we decide by. Four of them. They cover most arguments.
01
We are not artists.
There is art in editing. Our part of it isn't the art. We remove a chore so the creator's part can start sooner, and we don't confuse the two.
02
Direction over perfection.
A cut that ships this week beats a perfect pipeline next year. We pick a direction, move, and let real footage correct us.
03
Honesty over polish.
If the cut is wrong, we say it's wrong. Demos show real footage and real numbers, including the ones that don't flatter us.
04
AI proposes, humans decide.
Every cut SudoCut makes is a suggestion on a timeline the creator still owns. The moment the tool decides instead of proposing, we've built the wrong product.
Roster — to be published
Names and faces land here once cleared. Until then, the four rules above are the team.
